Let consumers show you how they use vehicle technology via usability tests.

As vehicle technology evolves, so do consumer frustrations.

What better way to learn about user pain points and areas for improvement then by watching consumers use vehicle technology. Gain a complete understanding of both in-vehicle and smartphone app usage of telematics systems, infotainment systems, and other advanced features. We give respondents tasks and then watch as they complete these tasks. We’ll use a multi-camera setup so that you can see the respondent and the system/software usage on a split screen.

Telematics

Not long ago, vehicle telematics meant one thing - OnStar. Today, vehicle telematics encompasses so much more. Autonomous driving, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), vehicle connectivity, and even vehicle control via a smartphone app. Telematics is the present and the future of the auto industry and there is so much more to be learned.

Infotainment

With the advent of software giants in the vehicle industry (i.e. Android Auto and Apple Car Play), vehicle infotainment has given consumers more options to keep them entertained and informed in their vehicle. It has also opened up more opportunities for consumer frustration and given them more demands.

Cars are loaded with features, and there are always more coming down the pipeline. Some of these features are rushed to market, while others need refreshing. Consumers will let you know which features are working and which aren’t by testing them in a controlled environment.
